Best fglass flare bonding agent

Just received my RSR parts from Peter of Rennspeed (quality is great by the way)

I was wondering what the best bonding agent would be for mounting the fiberglass flares. Some have suggested a 3M product as being the best. Anybody have any mounting suggestions for me and would it be best to apply some matting on top of the seam where the flare meets metal to prevent separation.

Another 73 RSR is about to be born.

Porsche Crest

Lately I have been using this incredible product known as 'kitty hair'! I believe it is from Bonduro, and it is matte cloth and fiberglass in one. It comes out of the can like bondo, and you add the catalyst, and then mix and spread. This foregoes the need to lay out your fiberglass cloth first, and it molds to all surfaces just like bondo. I have been calling it 'liquid magic' since I have been using it because it dries hard like fiberglass (which it is) and is as easy to work with as bondo.
It usually comes in a blue metal can, but I can't remember exactly who makes it, your paint supply guy will.
