What diameter is a 911 clock?
I don't have access to my car at the moment and I need to know what diameter the factory clock is. I've got a feeling it's 52mm, but is anyone able to confirm that for me?
Many Thanks!

Thanks, Shawn!
Is that the diameter of the outer-most ring of the clock, or is that the measurement of the hole in the dash?

That is the actual OD of the clock.
The measurement of the outer diameter of the rubber bezel when installed on the clock is 3.295" Dia. So the hole in the dash is probably a little smaller than that. Are you making a clock plug perhaps...?

No, I've found a really nice VDO oil temp gauge with wider, more graduated markings from 60ºC - 120ºC. It even looks factory.
![]() The irony is that I've got a perfectly working clock and I'm toying with the idea of removing it. ![]()

then this size hole for a ga., which will have 4 smaller individual custom gauges inside it, will fit the clock hole, huh......
