I have a mosom, that is soft, nearly 100% waterproof, and thick enough to protect against most things that might fall on the car. They also come custom fit to the car. They fit like a condom.

I agree that mosom is good. If I were keeping a car outside, I would be careful to have a cover that has a very soft inner lining. No matter how good the fit is, stronger breezes will move it around on the car a bit. This can scratch up the paint a little - I have seen it happen.
