Sunday Drive (gratuitous 911 photos)

It was in the low 90s today (cool around here) so I took a nice 70 mile drive up to lake Berryessa. Happiness is...an old 911.

Nice Colin,
I like the pop out rear windows, pre AC tech.

I'll bet she moves pretty good with the Turbo

Nice. It was great weather out here today also, very nice and cool. I took a trip down to Sunols antique shop area.

I swear, ever since I got this car, I'll make any excuse to drive it.

Good looking car and I'll second that vote on the pop-out rear windows.

Not sure, I was told it's Midnight Blue, but I'm not sure if Porsche really called it that or not.

Colin - nice snaps. Brings back memories - used to ride my bike up to Berryessa. Both my wife and I went to Davis. Did the DC a couple of times, a few centuries. Good times. I stopped through on my way from Roseville to my folks in the Bay Area, man that town got bigger...

Nice look Colin, My old stompping grounds being from Dixon. Tons of good Berryessa memeories skiing and fishing. Looks like the pics are out in the flat farm lands. Gotta get the car up there one of these days for those great twistes.

My Grandmother was born in Montecello ~1910. That town is now under Lake Barryessa.

Any lake pics? I've never been there and I'd like to see it.

The dam is named after the town of Montecello, use to dive off the cliffs near it. Maybe Cowtown has some lake Pics...

I'll have to take a look tonight, but I'm not sure if I have any of the actual lake.
