How do I know it's my shocks???
 

With the influx of cooler weather (and subsequent influx of blind/deaf bluehaired drivers) I have been driving the 911 more often. Hey, it only hit 97 today.

I've noticed a certain...wallowing, I guess. Something of a sea-sickish roll during turns. A bit of porpoising over bumps. A feeling of not-quite-tightness.

Is it my shocks? Or could it be something else? I don't have any records of shock replacements, but then my records are not complete.

The car passes the "bounce test" which, it has been written, is not really all that reliable with the 911 suspension.

Should I go with Bilstein Sports all 'round? I've already got Bilstein...somethings. Well, they're green, anyway.

Anyone wanna help me out with strut replacement? :D

The roads in Arkansas suck...and there are no tracks here like in Cali to really appreciate them, so I passed on the sports and got the Bilstein standards...works for me. I had old wallowing shocks before...I can tell a noticeable difference...and I've only replaced the rears so far.

I'd consider what most of my driving is: pleasure or raw performance and make the decision that way.
