Where to get custom rear window "2.2 engine sticker"
 

A few months ago someone posted about remaking the original porsche rear window decal( engine pic with 2.2 on it), but modifying it for people who did engine transplants. I believe there was a 3.6 liter engine decal made( for Jack) and maybe some others. Did anybody make a 2.5 version decal?? Can anyone help? Thanks. ( waiting with $$ in hand...)

While I'd much rather buy from Pelican, if they don't have this, I have seen it in another catalogue that rhymes with "squeaks".

I have never seen any of the mail order catalogs with the window sticker that says "2.5". Are we talking about the same part? I hope so then I can buy it and stop looking! Thanks

The title of your thread says "2.2". Which is it? Check out the squeaks catalogue, if Wayned can't get it for you first.

If you have minimal graphic skills you can make it up yourself on a computer using a graphics or photoediting program and print on transfer paper.

Some one makes 'em. I remember seeing a thread on it somewhere (either here or on the early911sregistry forum).

I think Jack Olsen has a 3.6 rear window decal...

I saw them in the GT Racing catalog....

They are made by Cameron Smith (cameron@designdriven.com.au). He is in Australia. I bought one that says "2.5". He can make any number you like, and had many in stock when I bought mine. I havn't applied it yet, but it looks really good.

I got a 3.2 and the guy I got it from had them all. He had a booth at the Porsche show (what used to be Dunkels) in Costa Mesa last Feb. or March. I suspect he'll be back this year

And he "was" looking for the same style as a 2.2, but with a custom 2.5 designation

x2. with Cameron... My 3.2L decal from him looks awesome. Be sure to see a pic first before ordering from anyone else. Most are either distorted or the wrong colors, making them look cheap.

Sorry to resurrect this one again, but I m looking for "3,0" decal. The email for Cameron Smith no longer seems valid. I have had emails returned twice now. Does anyone have an extra lying around?
