964 rockers on early 911

Has anyonre come up with a good way to attach factory 964 rockers to early 911's. I don't want to use double sided tape, but don't mind modifing them for some kind of mechanical attachment.
Thanks

My aftermarket ones are attached by small screws on the leading and training edge and by simple NAPA brand door panel/interior panel fasteners.

Fastner mount holes are drilled into the rocker followed by a liberal cleaning and coating of POR 15. Then you simple plug the fastner into the rocker.

Of couse my aftermarket ones had mounting tabs molded into them for these type of attachment.
