Thumbs up Big thanks to KurtV - por15

My 944's leaking battery box is almost done now.
Lots of thanks for turnin me on to Por-15...this stuff rocks.
When I pulled out the P.O.'s previous "fix" of poorly mixed fiberglass and an old license plate I found a 5"x6" hole directly into the pass. footwell.

I Por-15'd , cut sheetmetal to patch, screwed it in, Por-15'd again..

Now I am going to seal a couple of spots on the seams and Done!

Thanks again Kurt.......I'll keep my eyes open for your new 944

Hey make sure you top coat your POR 15 with there tye coat and a good few hard coats of cheap paint. Por 15 needs to be covered or it gets dusty and comes off after a while.

Por 15 will degrade if it is not covered by a top coat. Most top coats do not stick to Por 15. So you have to paint Por Tye Coat onto the Por 15 then another top coat.
