rock my baby
has anyone mounted factory C2 rocker panels to a 79SC narrow body car. Are they better than say MA Shaw, Betterbodies or other f/g parts. If I can get a set of factory units, how do they mount to my 79SC

The rocker panel is slightly different , new rockers have depressions for push clips. This is how the 964 outer cladding is attached. Will it work? yes with a bit of fussing. Would factory be better, yes and no. Yes, because the cladding is a plastic, more resilent. No in the fact that the attachment points are not on your car. Fiberglass? yes, you will be able to make modifications easier, No, fiberglass stress crack. Fro race car applications , success in using a couple of screws and velcro! Easy on/off.
