Welcome to our sandbox,
We'll be there too, John in the red R Gruppe car and myself in the 59.
Be sure to stick around for the after race parking lot beer bonding too.

Is that beer "bonding", or beer "bonging"?

Yup.....20 points alone for the 3.6 engine change....2 points for 245/45 tires, 1 for the shock tower brace and 2 for the torsion bars.......not to mention the Carrera sway bars.....I have 15-16 more points to give before the next class.

My 914/6 was in the same class, so I'm used to the competition there.

According to PCA DE/Time Trial rule classes, the SC is in "I" class.....I Street Stock, I Stock, I Prepared.....after 20 points, "H" Improved......

I will be running against 914/6s with steroid problems and other similarly prepped SCs.....

hi is one of the car classes for pca autox and time trial.

it always amazes me how broad the classes are in pca. your 3.6 sc is a hi car my 3.0 77 911s is a hi car your 914/6 car is a hi car and my old 74 911s with a 2.9 was a hi car.

i can easily run circles around my 74 2.9 with my 77 3.0, doesn't make sense but those are the rules. i always feel like my car is a ringer in pca events regardless of any variation in driver skill.

Long way to go, Mike, to have things cancelled. But think of the 650 homeowners that are really hurting tonight. They have no more home to go to. There'll be another AX. Sleep tight.

Well....yeah//////still waiting for MY wife and three monsters to make it back home.....they are 200 miles away. I'm at home with a water cistern and memories of the Painted Cave fire that toasted this community 12 years ago......we lsot 2,000 homes.

I barely made it out of SD...they closed the 15 an 5 freeways along with the connectors.......
