RUF-Style Valence under Stock Bumper
 

Does anyone know a source for a RUF-style Valence that fits under the stock Bumper?

I used to see them advertised in Pano and Excellence, but lately both of those magazine seem to be advertising only 986 and 996 cars parts.

Is AIR still in business? Any other companies selling fiberglass, not carbon fibre, valances?

Try mashaw, gt-racing, and better bodies motorsports.

I did try all three and found that M.A. Shaw sells only a 1973 RS-style bumper/valance, or anything for only 986 an 996 - nothing for 911SC.

Better Bodies sells only the under-bumper one with the lip on the bottom, which is not as aero looking as the RUF style.

And GT sells only carbon for 986 and 996.

Does AIR still exist? Anyone know?

Our friend Brad at BW Motorsports sells a RUF under-bumper valence/spoiler. He is making one for me as we speak.

Actaully MA Shaw sell all sorts of stuff not on the web page including the full RUF set and I suspect the valence also. Best to call Mike and ask.

I got mine from Brad at BW and was very satisfied.

My body guy said it was the best glass work he has seen in a while.

It doesn't come with the rubber lip, so if you get one and are at that stage, let me know.

Yes, but when I asked about a PU unit, they told me that RUF no longer made it. Further the only one they sold was fiberglass. I went to Germany instead.

If that position has changed, great! Cheaper for us NA guys.
