Lights On

When I pull the light switch on at night on my 87 Carrera, the "third" brake light stays on continuously. The brake lights work fine when the switch is not pulled. I did replace a turn signal bulb a few ago if that matters. Any quick fixes? I don't know where to start. Thanks.

Seems to me I have heard this story before. Did you try the archives? I think it does have to do with the replaced bulb being the euro vs. the US bulb; some weird thing like that.
