In honor of my 911th post, I wanted to say "Thanks" to the Pelican Community.
My satisfaction in owning, driving and fixing my Carrera is many, many times greater thanks to this board and its wonderful members. I've been able to troubleshoot repairs and tackle them with confidence thanks to the support of an amazing community of Porsche fans. And this community that reaches out to openly support "friends they have not yet met" never fails to amaze me. I've gained far more than I can ever repay. Thanks to Wayne for creating and supporting this valuable resource - and to the individuals that collectively make it an unmatched place to share in the delights of Porsche kinship. And the gratuitous Porsche shot from my recent road trip through Big Sur, where I fell in love with the car all over again: ![]() Thanks, Don

Well said..
Same here. ![]() Other car boards simply do not compare. It's also nice to be able to use these boards and then turn around and buy the needed parts from our host. Oh, and the 101 books kick butt.
