Rear seats

I am assuming that there is a snap on the back of the seat to get the rear seat to stay up except mine do not have any and I do not have another 911 to look at. Could someone please post a picture so I can see how it is supposed to be done. Thanks

I'll try to post a picture tomorrow. There are small leather straps on the back of the seat which click into these push buttons to keep the seats up.

Unfortunately the straps on mine are broken. I'll take pictures anyways though.

I plan to rip out the rear seats anyways and just put RS style carpet in the back.

I have the leather straps. It would appear that the snap would go directly to the seat back but it would seem like if you hit the brakes the seat would come un attached. Here is the rear after I installed the carpet. It looks nice with the seats up.

I bought it at World Upholstery. It is the OEM style not the domestic cut. Really looks nice as the pictures do not do it justice. The color will show grease really easy though but it looks so expensive and lush when you look inside. The fit of everything was nice. Plan on a full weekend to do it right.

This is the look I'm trying to get, except I'll be doing it in black instead of gray.
