Red face Heater HELP! semi-long

Howdy,
Well since it is getting cold here in KC, I thought I better get my defroster working. Turns out, that after tightening the cable clamp under the dash for the heater control all worked well. However, I did remove the cables to check for binding, and in so doing I snapped the little "pinch"bolts that hold the straight end of the cable to the mixer control arms. It's basically a 1/2" long bolt with a hole drilled through it....anyone have a few of these? I know I should prpbably post this on the classifieds page, but thought I'd give it a shot here first.
Also, in checking the right hand mixer box, I snapped off the control arm. The brass key-way insert is intact, but the post on which it mounts (I assume its cast as a single piece with the flapper itself) broke. I'm thinking about trying to JB weld this thing back together, but if I ever have to split the mixer box, I won't be able to remove the flapper without re-breaking it. Looks like I need to buy the flapper insert, split the box and replace the broken one and re-attach the control arm....?

R/
Dustin

I don't know about the snaped control arm, but I drilled holes in some new bolts and they worked just like new. it seems like those little bolts with holes in them are not reusable. They want to snap where the hole is.
