What's with all of the electrical gremlins Lately?

Saturday, my turn signals, brake lights, & backup lights took a dump! Flashers work, parking lights work, High & low beams work. I removed the steering wheel, & checked the turn signal switch that I replaced a year ago, & everything looked ok. also checked the fuse panel, & it looked ok. any suggestions? Thanks, Craig

It seems that whenever someone has an electrical problem, the gurus on the board say "check your ground straps." So....check your ground straps.

I was just helping a fellow troubleshoot this exact same problem on a '74. In his car, all three of these came off the same fuse..#11 in his case. I don't have the wiring diagram for your car, but there are very many similarities between his and you car. Try to determine which of your fuses carries all three of these problems and start there. Check the fuse and check to make sure there is a tight connection. Clean the fuse holder. An ink eraser does a good job of this.

Hmmmm
Wouldn't be the first time you broke something of mine, would it Tim? and not the last either!! Yes, it must of been the fast part, or could it be the trail braking, fluid boiling part? Craig
