Home-made RS Carpet Update

This was supposed to be a 2-night project, but some other stuff got in the way. I'm just about done - just need to patch in a couple pieces across the bottom.

Thom the carpet looks pretty good! But what the heck have you done to the car? Are those door bars I see? and what is the bar in the rear seat area?

Ah, so I guess you missed this thread

The bar going across the back seats helps stiffen up the area behind the doors - I could wiggle it by leaning on it before, and my doors would pop loose on good-sized bumps - and the door bars are explained in the aforementioned thread.

Eventually I'm going to build an RSA-style compartment/shelf/speaker box around the rear seat bar.

I've noticed a big difference with the new door bars on the track and on the street.

The new carpet has improved the street tolerability a little bit by knocking down some of the noise.
