RSR Distributor

My 3.3 turbo engine is a twin plug. How do I know if the distributor is RSR? and if its not what else could it be? Praying its RSR

If it's RSR then you will have a massive distributor. It will have 14 leads going to and from it (2 coil and 12 plug). The other popular options are the 964 which is 2 normal looking caps side by side. You could also have direct ignition which would be 12 leads that plug into coil packs basicly it's a big block with 2 leads plugging into each of the 6 sections.

sounds like you've got an RSR dizzy. Congrads. I'll bet that car runs like stink.

The 964 type looks like this:

RSR looks like this:

The 964 type won't work on a turbo. It won't fit with the turbo plumbing, so if you have a distributor, (and not some sort of crank-fired ignition) it is likely an RSR.
