Yeah sure, I know where the "Smuggler's Box" is
do you?
Ok then, prove it. Tell me where it is and I'll tell you if you're right or not. |
Is this a trick question? Open up trunk compartment, lift up carpet, in back on passenger side of trunk.
|
But on your '87, probably the only thing you're going to be "smuggling" is a giant plastic box with AC stuff in it.
|
You put your weed in it!
|
It is the opening on the left side, the cover is off.
The battery has been relocated inside it. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1070562856.jpg |
Ok, not bad guys.
You pass. Thanks. |
Any excuse to try to post a pic...:) But it wouldn't go
:( |
What the Hell was that all about?!?
|
Tell me where/prove it... That is how to ask a question without telling the audience you don't know the answer!
|
Thats like basic Porsche 101. C'mon, everybody knows that.
|
|
Hey, What's that big black bubbly shaped thingie in Ted's picture? Is it an "airbag"?
:D |
That would be the nitrous so the car has a chance against all the other cars with e-ram's.
|
Well just for the record, I didn't know where the smugglers box was! But then I have only bought my first 911 a week or so ago.
|
I thought that DeLoreans were the only cars that came with a smugglers box. :p
|
SUV's also have a smuggler's box....

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's fuc&*ng funny.
|
On the SUV, was that standard or an option?
|
Standard, if the PO was a Mafia get-away driver.

It is for an oil cooler in the front I would think to allow air flow thru ...
am I right or am I right ? Eric |
Ted.. I waas trying last night.. but how the He** do you remove the heater blower from under the front.. it seems to be bolted in somehow, but I can't find anything to loosen..
any ideas?? I love the clean look on the trunk ya have there.. Eric |
me gonna do my trunk like that, who needs carpets there anyway...thx for the example !!
|
Glad you guys approve, a fuel cell would be nice too.
A 24x4 oil cooler is mounted inside the visible plenum. The plenum then exits via the duct into the driver’s inner fender. This should help to maintain the low-pressure area under the front of the car when compared to the more common method of diverting the oil cooler wash directly down. Eric it’s been so long since I removed that piece I can’t recall where the fasteners were, sorry. |
Thats cool ted, Thanks anyhow. I have ALL winter to find them hahahah! DAMN!
|
I want my trunk to look like that too.
Uh, Ted? Where's your master cyl? |
Eric
Are you talking about the fresh air blower? Take the air intake vent in front of the windshield off. there are a couple of screws under it. Stoney |
