2nd pump for 930?

Alright... so right now i have a SC pump up by the fuel tank..

I have been told the mild 3.3T will need a second(ala factory setup)

The bosh part number on the second pump is 61979

and the Porsche parts numbers for the rear pump vs front are different..

so is the rear pump higher pressure? can i use the extra SC pump i have in line with the front one?
or do i need a fancy "turbo" pump?

thanks

-nick

Stick to the tried and true. Two 930 pumps in series.

Thank you for your advice.

according to the PP catalog the front pumps are the same.

so i guess even if i was going with the "tried and true" i would only need one.

looks like the rear one is over $400

just wondering if there is an alternative... considering thats about twice the going price of any aftermarket pump.(walbro 255lph 80psi)
