Engine Drop - Let it sit on SSI's ?
I'm preping for an engine drop. This will be the first on a motor with SSI's.
The other engines I've dropped had oe exchangers that were already dinged up and ugly. But these SSI's are nice and I would hate to screw them up. Question is, can I safely let the full weight of the engine rest on the exchangers as I have in the past without hurting the SSI's? Thanks |

yes - put a board under them to avoid scratches
