Winter storage critter control
 

I have a car that will sit outside and one that will be garaged unheated for the Michigan winter 4.5 months. What is recommended to keep critters out without a lasting smell? Plug the exhaust/intake? Moth balls(smell)? Plug with what? Insurance has an issue with claims involving rodents.

I just put my car away the other day (also in Michigan, SE of Detroit), put a few dozen mothballs under the car , all the way around. This technique worked last winter, too.
