any socal guys able to possibly help with FG bumper install?

Hey guys, I've read tons of threads on how to install FG bumpers..Just curious if there is anyone in SOCal that might be willing to walk me through the process or even let me buy them a beer to get some tips? I got bumpers for my 3.2 but my heads spinning trying to figure this out haha. Cheers
