No more stuttering…
 

For the past three weeks my SC was ‘stuttering’ through the power band, 3500-5000rpm-ish. Mostly in second through four gears, not so much in first and day-by-day progressively getting worse. I figured the stuttering was related to my old wire set, SO last week I ordered a new cap, new rotor, a Magnacore wire set, and Bosch spark plugs. With help from Pelicans very own, Eugene (AlwaysWong), we were able to swap all the new parts in a couple hours. I have to say that changing these parts showed the most change in performance for anything I’ve ever done (not much) to my car. The car starts up sharper, idles smoother, and also accelerates right through the power band as easy as a hot knife through butter. I can’t wait to eat up the next onramp I encounter…SCWDP soldier ready for action, muuuhahahahaha!

P.S. I gotta get that darn Porsche spark plug tool.
