Boxster Brakes on my '79 SC
I have limited clearance on my 911 SC between the Boxster front caliper and my SmartRacing though body sway bar with my steering wheel completely turned. I'm looking for a solution to using a hard line at the caliper and a means to get a 90 degree turn to reduce the necessary clearance (3/16" hardline 90 degree radius is too much to clear). There is about 3.5" between the back of the caliper and the swaybar with the wheels straight ahead (bottom picture). Can a banjo fitting be used on the caliper? Is there a 90 elbow that will work? I'm looking for a solution.
Thank you -Sean. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Check out this somewhat related thread:
Looking for info on 930 caliper brake line adapters My application is a '75 race car. Various approaches to consider including limiting steering lock, fabricating your own lines (what I did), et cetera.
