how do you best clean the WUR screen?

Do you mean the rotating "fan" in the WUR? That is a somewhat delicate item, but I'd think you could douse it with WD-40 without worry.

That said, wait for someone who knows more to chime in! I dimly remember cleaning this item sometime back and using cleaners less caustic than, say, Gumout or Brake Cleaner.

the screen on the fuel inflow side of the warm up regulator



Its the top hole. Since the fuel flows in I didn't think it was a good idea to blow it in. I thought it would be better to clean it out from the back. The other side doesn't look to clean either. I was wondering how best to get inside. or if thats a bad idea.



What happens if I remove the four screws in the bad picture above. will that get me any closer to the internals? Idealy it would be nice if I could backwash it with carb cleaner. I figured I'd ask before I break something.
