I'm trying to find the correct bolt size for the threads in my back seats (1972 911). I found some lap belts from performance products, but I suspect these are 7/8 non metric bolts.
I'm trying to get these lap belts in so I can give my 6 and 3 year old boys a ride. Can anyone tell me the correct bolt size? BTW-I just got my 911 back from the wrench after a way too long wait for the top end rebuild. It is running so sweet! (2,2S) and sounds great with the sport exhaust. (My neighbors are not as pleased) ![]()

All seat belts for all cars...foreign or domestic ...are US thread 7/16-20 pitch fine thread...hopefully as far back as your 72
Easily confused with metric 11 mm thread..for the first four turns ![]() --Wil Ferch
