Help- troubleshooting '88 3.2L motor

Wondering if someone can help with troubleshooting.
I have 74 911s that I replaced the motor with 88 3.2L US DME with 915 tranny. Everything went well except that the motor will not fire up. Motor was strong runner when taken out of 88 body. I have sparks and compression look great. Motor is spinning fast with starter. Fuel pump is running strong, but I cannot tell whether fuel injectors are firing. Also I do not have oscilloscope to check function of TDC reference sensor. Does anyone know how to check fuel injectors? Does anyone have any other ideas why it will not fire? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Couple of quick things to check.

1. Set the depth on the speed reference sendors above the flywheel
2. There is a large connector in the back of the motor for the FI system (I think it is 4 o4 6 prong). Make sure that it is pins and respective receivers are in good shape.

When you pulled a sparl plug to see if they had spark, did it have fuel on it?
