How much are 83 cabs going for now?
-Steve |
I have a 83' cab with 65,000 original miles, manuel top. I have seen them for as low as $9500.00 up to 19k.
|
I have a '77 with a manual '83 top; means there's one less '83 cab running around...
Actually, I saw pix of the car my top came from. No idea why it was junked - the body looked fine from the pix. |
1983 here also with manual top.
|
Me have 83 wit manwell top and 3.6 motor....eet treat me berry berry gud.....
|
Power Cabs started in 86.
|
Manual top on my '83.
What are the 83's going for? Porsche Market Letter has them from about 10K to 22K depending on condition and how highly the seller thinks of his car. I would say average is in the 12-13k range. |
I paid 18, three years ago. It had 40k miles and the original brakes....a real gargae queen. Since then......ahem, there have been changes.....8^B
|
1983 with manual top.....Great car!
|
1987 Cab - with a manual top - good for me too. - and G-50! ;)

i paid 16,5k for mine almost 4 years ago, 74K miles, mint...
if they are worth 12/13K these days, not bad. |
I've seen 88 with a manual top - no 89's though. I was looking for a manual top - My wrench recommended it and after reading some horror stories, glad he did.
|
1986, the power top was optional.
