black housing by oil tube

does anyone know what the black housing by the oil filler tube is for? It has a vent line in back and one in front going over to the air box and the fan housing on the left side of the engine. Also i am trying to find out which line goes where i had the lines off and dont know if there in the right spot, so if anyone has a 77 911 with a 2.7 could you please let me know which hoses goes where thanks alot for anyhelp
