maf set up question
 

The autothority maf is set up on a '86 3.2. The engine surges about 400 rpm at idle. When I overide the volumetric control by using a jumper wire on the test socket the it idles fine at 900 rpm. The air/fuel ratio looks fine. Any ideas. Or can someone point me to the installation instructions. I bought this used from a friend.
