100.000 Porsche badge

Does anyone know if these are being remanufactured or where I can get one? They come up on eBay from time to time. I think they were originally made for 356's when passing 100,000 km was a pretty big deal.

Bad picture but this 356 A Carrera GT has one on the back.

Back when I was a vintage Mercedes owner I remember the dealers had milestone badges such as you describe.
