I would put it at around $13-14K assuming average miles.

Looks a lot like mine--it's gorgeous! But no engine condition/rebuild noted, so mileage is key. I paid $18k for my '85 with 80k two years ago.

Depending on how the PPI checked out I would say $15-16,000.

Having looked in Las Vegas and So.Cal. for several months before buying a clean 84 targa (with a PPI), the range was $12,500 to $18,000 with approx. 100K miles. Most were $13.5-16.0K range.
