"97 993 K&N air filter
My brother has a '97 993 and is having difficulty gettting the K&N air filter in. Really tight, the top of the air box doesnt want to close. Any suggestions? Thanks Bob

I had to trim mine around the edges for it to fit. And then it was a major pain to get the box latched without the filter falling down and not sealing properly. Lay the old filter and the K&N on top of each other and trim it accordingly.
