I do not know if I am grandfathered on my Grundy coverage. I have been covered by them for less than a year. There were no issues/questions that they made me aware of at the time. Makes me wonder if they'll renew. My record is clean. They have a website [www.grundy.com]. The people I've talked with were quite pleasant. At claim time, I hope I never need to know . . .

I have American Collectors INsurance - 800-360-2277. Not sure if they have an "older than" stipulation. < 5000 miles, no drive to work, must be in a garage (didnt ask for proof?) No deductible agreed value $11K. $108.50 for 12 months.??? Free!!!

I went through USAA to them. USAA was not interested in insuring. Not sure if that made a difference.

Just spoke with Grundy. They will not take any new policies on Porsches unless its part of a collection.

Just applied with ACI and for 4 cars (the two older Jags, 911 and the Healey) the yearly premium was $475!

Application is on the way right now!

ACI looked good but they too want a car to be 20 yrs or older, this includes Hagerty. Grundy was pre 73 or part of a collection. The Grundy deal seems to be a recent change, wonder if there is something going on with P cars? Still trying to decide between Parish or Leland, the wording in Lenland really bothers me about NO driving to work vrs no daily driving to work.
