Question horn grill mounted fog/driving lights

i am looking into getting (or making my own) set of horn grill mounted driving/fog lights. the thing im lost on right now is how are they secured to the car, and how exactly do they mount.

i have a short wheel base (68) car, and i have only seen one set of horn grills that mount the fog lights for the swb.

do they just boly up/mount on the grill, or is there more to it? what all is involved or needed to do this?

thanks,

Harry

For the early cars ('65-'67) there was a specific bracket that mounted to the horn grille itself (never seen any), the later cars have a bracket that attaches to the battery boxes.

I don't know if this is quite what you are looking for. These are photos (hijacked off eBay,advertised as 'factory"), of the though the grill mounts. I'm guessing they pick up the inner body with mounts, and are not directly mount to the grill, like your post seem to be.
Anyway hope it helps.........
