Can someone take a quick look at an SC in Manhattan Beach for me?

This is coming together real quick.... I've found a nice SC in Manhattan Beach for my brother. Can someone who lives closeby take a 10 minute look at it? The owner claims that its in perfect condition, 80k miles, but before I go up and haul it in for a PPI, I want to verify the condition.

Also, any recommends for a PPI shop in the area?

I'd take it to Rob Wessels at Dutch Treat on Inglewood Ave just North of the 405 for the PPI. 310 644 1006.
