Outstanding! It looks superb.

I put decals on, too... even though it's a lowly 2.7.

Mike, any chance your friend may make some gold ones in the future?

Alright, since you went and did it anyway, my new vote (I was too slow the first time), is to eliminate the small rocker trim, and just go smooth with the decal. The two together look kind of fussy, stiil one hell of a lot better than my car though, so what do I know? I just like that clean look, a'la Bob's 911L, that is the perfect and pure look of a 911. Now style your silver 911 to look like his, since you've eliminated any foolish thoughts of trading it for a water pumper.

See, now that's what you should shoot for! Bob, your car is the reason that I will have to think twice about adding flares when I do my restoration, very clean, very nice.

They look great on the 912, but I have to agree with removing the trim piece. Heck you should just blow the rockers on the 911 and put the stickers on it too. The only thing killing the look on that car was the rocker panels... It's not warm enough here, but my Carrera stickers are in my office on the floor staying flat until it's time!!!!

The silver car is simple and beautiful. Don't change that.

Now the orange 912 however. That would look very good with the stickers. Put them on the 912. Just my opinion.
