Fixing warped rubber front chin spoiler

Purchased a used g-body rubber lower front chin spoiler. It’s obviously been sitting and warped.
Whats the best way to get it back into shape? Heat? Support/Reinforcement behind it? Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!

To answer your questions yes and yes.

try leaving it out in the sun first. If that doesn't work use a heat gun . . gently . . and then quickly clamp it between two pieces of wood.
