Just had to thank the board for the recomendation of swepco, i still have a hammered 1st syncro but the rest are shifting fine. The biggest upgrade though was the WEVO billet shifter, made the thing actually work like it should. I have never had such a positive shift and the tactile feel is still there. Replaced a factory short shift and would never go back. In fact when I pull and change the syncos I will add their gate shifter.
Thanks to the board for the suggestions and to Hayden at WEVO for the great service. Now to install the WEVO battery box that I also got ![]() |

I was thinking about getting a wevo shifter myself. Did you end up getting it direct from wevo? If you don't mind how much did you end up paying just for the shifter.

Wow I bet that will be a great set up when you have the tranny rebuilt. Gate shift, shifter - better add the coupler and you will have the full package.

I would like to see pics of the battery box posted when you get it in.
When i bought my WEVO shifter, i shopped around, there is no price break to be had. $595 everywhere. Paul
