Will 964/993 ones fit my 3.2?

Found a set of great looking floor mats for my 86 Cab, but they are meant for the 964/993's.
Anyone who has used floor mats meant for a newer car? (I'm talking about a 4-piece floor mat set that sit on top of the carpeting, not the actual carpeting itself).
Auction ends tomorrow, so any input would be appreciated..
