Show me pictures of 74 IROC RSR

I am trying to decide on a color for my car. It was recommended that I paint if fly yellow. But I was going to stay with the current Red color.

Until I saw this car.. I really like the yellow color.

My vote is for yellow--that is a nice car. Yours will look fantastic either color--love the widebody IROC.

I'm new to the Porsche program so here goes the questions...what is the shiny tank in your trunk? Is your hood fiberglass or metal?
I'm in the process of upgrading my '68 911L/RSR and looking for ideas and improvements. Thanks

scca_ita,
Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on it. I posted some pictures of my car in the photo section. I have the same front end setup as you do with fiberglass fenders, but a metal hood. The fiberglass is in need of repairs as it seems the previous owner was into dirt roads...and on stock suspension. We'll upgrade everything while looking for a larger motor than a 2.0 to put in it. Looking to do some SCCA with it later on next year or so.

What wheels are on this car.

I thought they were 15"s in a pic I have seen of it somewhere else, but they look like 3 piece Lindsay wheels in this pic. I thought the 3 piece wheels were being done in 17"s

Thanks!

Hard to tell from that picture, but it looks like a 3pc wheel with a Fuchs center. Sorry I don't have a better picture of them.

The original red IROC 911 is for sale here:

Here's the Revson car again this time with RSR-wheels.
