I have asked Brent to join the thread. Hopefully he will find the time to do so and share some of his killer photos like the ones of my favorite 935, the Miester/Andial M16 above that Enrique posted

What a fitting picture for today.

I wonder if someone can tell the story of how Apple intersected with Garretson Enterprises and/or Dick Barbour Racing. Maybe I will ask Garretson, or Bruce Anderson, or Jerry Woods at RR IV. One of them may know.

I think I heard that some of the crew/volunteers worked for Apple back in the day.

I cannot wait to see many of these cars again at RR IV. I will be there racing in group 7, so say hi if you see me. My car is red and the number is 4.

I am not going to run this year but I will be supporting my friend that owns JLP II . There will be a lot of 935's for sure.

At Rennsport III I was rolling in Desperado and my buddy was running JLP III and at some point the black scoop on the rear quarter window blew off of JLP. Anyone who knows JLP II knows the scoop I am talking about... my buddy was bummed and I said, " Dude... we are going to go find that scoop" so I grabbed Redman Jr and in between sessions we went looking for it and found it.

Paul's photos
I'm the only knucklehead with adjustable shocks with remote resevoir's on a 935

And where's his helmet?

I think he is referring to the "Most Interesting Man In The World" Dos Equis commercials. Not Pablo Escobar.
