Help with tubig bender

Hi all:

Need to find a reasonable priced tubing bender and a 1.5 by 4.5 -180 degree die.

Found a reasonable on from Jay-Squared, but they apparently don't want to sell them, as even at 250 dollars, they make them one at a time, with a 4 week wait.

any thoughts?

thanks

andy

Did you try eastwood? They have some benders for hard brake line tubing, etc.

Heres a link, search for 'tubing bender' in the search box:

i have a jd2 bender that i converted to hydro, if i were to do it again i would go with a protools. Either one is going to have some back order time. If you live in souther california i have a 1.5" 5.5CLR 180* die for my bender that you are welcome to use for a couple bends. Lowbuck bender isnt worth your time or money, that floor jack system that they use is really really slow, the harbor frieght is a pipe bender not a tube bender your tube will kink and be very weak. It would be better just to get a jd2 model 3 bender for like $250 bucks the dies are $180 something, i have a spare stand and cheater bar that i would be willing to sell cheap and you can build up your upper body strength. Bending Cromo is a workout, thats why i converted to Hydrolic
