Question Switch heating system 911SC

On my 911SC 81 at side of hand brake there are two levers to open hot air from engine.
These two levers should also close an electrical switch for the blower in the engine trunk.
This is the switch

The problem is that it's loose, connected to the cables to the blower, and working perfectly, but free, and I don't understand how it may be fixed to the basement to be operated by the levers.

Do somebody has some picture of a complete installed system or some tip to help me?

Thanks a lot
