need recomendation for body/paint shop in los angeles
i need a recommendation for body/paint shop in los angeles to repair my '74 carrera targa that was hit in an accident. the other person's insurance company is paying for the repair. i live in venice and would like to find someone on the westside. can anybody help? please chime in. callas rennsport referred me to braces autobody in the marina. does anyone have any experience with them? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brace does REALLY good work, and if you know Tony, you know he would never lead you to a BAD REFERRAL.
If you're willing to do a little driving, the best metal-body man I have ever known, is Urs Gretener in Los Alamitos - 562-598-7102, and he knows these old cars VERY WELL. He works with (a painter) Jerry Cain, again, just the best. (Tony knows Jerry as well....) good luck!
