Those are after-market Speedline wheels ("Alesio" model I believe). The only 964 turbo to have 3-piece Speedlines from the factory was the 1994 Turbo 3.6 (which was also the first Porsche with "big red" brakes):

RSR turbo = oxymoron

Yes, but I said the only 964 turbo.

The 964 RSR (3.8L) was normally aspirated, as all RSR's were/are.

The 964 Carrera RS 3.8 had them as well (the street version of the 964 RSR).

964 turbo 3.6 = 18x8's&10's
964 RSR 3.8/RS 3.8 = 18x9's&11's

My 930 was updated to a set, and I am running a slightly different set of wheels that I painted myself for my race tires.
