European Car Mag - 996TT Tuner Shoot-out...

Gang, keep your eyes peeled for the April Edition of European car magazine.

It has an article on 996TT Tuner Shoot-out which will be a VERY interesting read.

I have some insider info that Protomotive Won the shoot-out!

How's a 3.06 sec 0-60 and a 10.74@131 in a 727hp 996tt with just bolt on's

Anyone see the TLC program "Rides" about he Manteno, IL rod builders? They built a 4WD hotrod that will do 0-60 in ~2.8 seconds!!!! Man would I like to see that..

..anyway, the point is, 3.06 seconds in a 996tt kinda loses some of the bang when you consider the price of the tt (I know the quad-rod wasn't cheap).

Yes, but don't forget that Porsche's appeal has never exactly been "The Most Bang for Your Buck".
