interior seat fabric
Howdy,
I am looking for the cloth plaid material/fabric used in European model seat inserts. Any ideas where to buy? Indentify? Many thanks, Deane

Can't help you, but I hope somebody knows since I will eventually need black/white for my '79.
Tip: Don't sit in a front seat with a BF screwdriver in your back pocket. |

I think there is a book that provides identification numbers, but I don't know if the fabric is still available or being reproduced. Hopefully, some of the really smart guys will know.

I found some at a local fabric store. Its not exact but close enough that its hard to tell.

Fabric Seats
Speaking of fabric seats, I have a '69 912 that someone put later model 911 seats with the psychedelic checkerboard pattern. Before I give this car away, if anyone wants the seats for a correct resto, PM me. Condition-wise, they're 7 of 10. A couple of small tears.
