Can you remove the vent fan and still get some fresh air flow?
I would like to remove my vent fan (fresh air blower) and run a the lines directly to the fresh air inlet. Want to know if there is a way to hook it up without the fan but still be able to open/close the vents to get some fresh air.
The fan has been broken since I bought the car, so I obviously will not be without anything new if I remove it. Besides, it's a Targa, not sure how much more vent you would want... Thanks, Gordo

You can remove it and get the air. There is a pressure area in front of the windshield that will provide air when you are moving. The best way to connect the hoses is to leave the empty fan box in place. Otherwise, you're gonna have to fab something up, perhaps out of a shop vac floor attachment.
